The FX2N-2AD is a 2-channel analog-to-digital expansion module for Mitsubishi FX2N series PLCs. It accepts 0–10 VDC, 0–5 VDC, or 4–20 mA DC inputs with 12-bit resolution (2.5 mV per step on the voltage range). Power is drawn from the main unit: 5 VDC at 20 mA and 24 VDC at 50 mA. Each input consumes 8 I/O points from the PLC's total image.
