The Mitsubishi FX3S-14MT/ES is a base-unit PLC in the FX3S series with AC 100-240 V supply at 50/60 Hz, accepting both sink and source wiring on its inputs and delivering 14 transistor (Y000–Y015) outputs that cannot be expanded.

Outputs and what they actually carry

Transistor outputs split into two response tiers: Y000 and Y001 switch in 5 µs or less at 10 mA minimum on DC 5–24 V, while Y002 through Y015 respond in 0.2 ms or less at 200 mA minimum on DC 24 V — so the high-speed pair is reserved for pulse-positioning or fast-interrupt work, and the remaining twelve take the general on/off load. On the DC 24 V common, total inductive load is capped at 12 W per point and 19.2 W per common (four points), with resistive load capped at 0.5 A per point and 0.8 A per four-point common — both limits set the ceiling for whatever sits on each output group.
