The Mitsubishi FX3U-32DP is a PROFIBUS DP slave module that connects FX3U-series PLCs (FX3U, FX3UC, FX3G, FX3GE) to a PROFIBUS DP network. Communication runs at up to 12 Mbps, with segment lengths up to 1,200 m depending on the baud rate selected. The module draws 145 mA from the internal 24 VDC supply — factor that into the PLC power budget if multiple networked modules are used on the backplane.

The module measures 16 cm wide by 9 cm high by 24 cm deep. That width occupies a fair span of DIN rail — plan accordingly for panel layout. The predecessor number is 62125; the current version is V 1.0 connector.
