FX5-4A-ADP — what it does in the FX5 stack
The Mitsubishi FX5-4A-ADP is a 2-channel analog output adapter that drops onto the FX5 PLC base to add voltage or current output points for valve, drive speed-reference, and process control loops. It is catalogued as a PLC Expansion Module under the Mitsubishi MELSEC FX5 family, so it ships without a base slot footprint of its own — the adapter hangs on the side of the FX5 CPU or an FX5 expansion block the same way the rest of the FX5 ADP range does.
