HMI integration walkthrough — GT1155-QTBD
The Mitsubishi GT1155-QTBD is a 5.7-inch TFT color LCD touch screen from the GOT1000 series, running 320×240 resolution at 256 colors. LCD intensity is rated 400 cd/m², adjustable in 8 levels — per the datasheet, that's enough for panel-mount readability under typical factory lighting, though direct sunlight exposure is outside the operating atmosphere spec. The touch layer registers up to two points simultaneously, which limits gesture support but covers single-touch and basic two-finger operations reliably. Internal memory splits into two domains: a D drive with 512 KB SRAM backed by a lithium battery (rated life approximately 5 years at 25 °C ambient), retaining clock data, alarm history, recipe data, and time-action settings. The C drive is 3 MB flash memory storing the project file and OS. Mounting is inside a control panel with Class D grounding — 100 Ω or less, bonded to the panel when a dedicated ground isn't available. The operating temperature range is 0 to 50 °C at the display section, extending to 55 °C when mounted horizontally. Self-cooled, no fan.
