Continuous torque and speed define the load envelope
The HG-SN102J-S100 delivers 4.77 N·m continuously at 2000 r/min, which means it holds a 1.0 kW load on the shaft without exceeding the 155 (F) insulation class temperature rise — provided the ambient stays within 0 °C to 40 °C and the mounting surface conducts heat as the natural cooling design expects. Maximum speed reaches 3000 r/min, with an instantaneous permissible ceiling of 3450 r/min before the rotor overspeed protection should trip. The 17 A peak current supports the acceleration torque transient; the 5.6 A rated current governs the thermal steady state.
IP67 enclosure and environmental limits
Totally enclosed with natural cooling and an IP67 rating — the motor body and shaft seal withstand washdown, provided the cable gland and mating connector maintain the seal plane. No forced ventilation is needed, but the 0 °C to 40 °C operating ambient and 2000 m altitude ceiling must be respected; above that altitude the air density drops and the natural cooling capacity derates. Vibration resistance is rated at 24.5 m/s² in X and Y axes, with a V10 vibration rank — acceptable for direct coupling to most ball-screw and belt-driven stages without additional damping, provided the load-to-motor inertia ratio stays at or below 15:1.
