What the Analog/Pulse Interface Means for Integration
The MR-J4-10AA accepts an analog speed/torque command (±10 V differential) and a pulse-train position command (line-driver or open-collector). This makes it a direct fit for legacy motion controllers that output step/direction or analog reference, without needing a fieldbus option card. For new installations, the MR-J4-B series with SSCNET III/H fiber-optic network offers higher noise immunity and multi-axis synchronization, but the analog/pulse variant keeps the wiring simple and the controller choice open.
