The MR-J4-200AA: Analog/pulse interface gives you flexibility: analog ±10 V for speed/torque reference, plus pulse-train input for position control from a motion controller. That dual-path input makes it a solid fit for retrofit jobs where the existing controller sends analog setpoints, or for new builds with a pulse-output PLC. No fieldbus module needed if you're running simple point-to-point moves. Rated for 200 V-class three-phase input, sized to drive a medium-frame servo motor up to around 2 kW continuous. The drive handles the full MELSERVO-J4 family motor range with matching encoder feedback — standard 17-bit or optional 22-bit absolute encoder, depending on the motor variant. Keep the motor cable run under 50 m to avoid voltage drop on the pulse edges.
