The Mitsubishi MR-J4-70B-EB is a MELSERVO-J4 series general-purpose AC servo amplifier delivering 750 W rated output (0.75 kW) for driving rotary servo motors on a 1-phase 200 VAC to 240 VAC supply at 50/60 Hz. It communicates over the SSCNET III/H high-speed motion network (interface code B), making it a direct-fit node in Mitsubishi's synchronized multi-axis systems — think packaging lines, pick-and-place cells, or any application where the controller coordinates several axes over a single fiber-optic ring. The amplifier is force-cooled and open-frame rated IP20, so it expects a clean, ventilated cabinet environment — not washdown or outdoor duty.
Power supply and control interface
Main power input is single-phase 200–240 VAC; the amplifier draws 30 W of control power and requires a separate 24 VDC ±10% interface supply capable of 0.3 A (including the CN8 connector signal).
