Servo amplifier in active production
The Mitsubishi MR-JE-300B is a servo amplifier in active current production, rated for 200 V AC three-phase or single-phase input with a 14 A continuous rating. It delivers a 170 V AC three-phase output at 11 A, controlled via sine-wave PWM and a current control method. The interface power supply is 24 V DC ± 10% drawing 0.3 A.
Built-in dynamic brake and network cycle
A built-in dynamic brake handles deceleration without an external resistor for most load profiles. The SSCNET III/H communication cycle can be set to 0.444 ms or 0.888 ms, matching the high-speed synchronous motion bus common in Mitsubishi setups. The amplifier is force-cooled with an IP20 open enclosure, suitable for cabinet mounting.
