The NZ2GF2BN-60AD4: The terminal block is an 18-point two-piece M3 screw type; tightening torque range is 0.43 to 0.57 Nm. The separate module power supply terminal uses M2.5 screws with a torque range of 0.5 to 0.6 Nm. Communication is via an RJ45 connector. Isolation between power supply and analog inputs is transformer type; between communication and analog inputs is photocoupler type. Input channels are non-isolated from each other.
Mounting and wiring
Withstand voltage between power/communication terminals and analog input terminals is 500 VAC for 1 minute. No special grounding beyond standard panel practice is required, but note the isolation boundaries for troubleshooting.
