Memory expansion for Q-series PLCs
The Mitsubishi Q1MEM-64S is a 64K SRAM expansion module for the Q-series programmable controller family. It adds non-volatile memory capacity for data logging, recipe storage, and extended program workspaces where the base CPU's built-in memory is insufficient.
