The Mitsubishi Q64TCRTBW is a 4-channel temperature control module for the MELSEC Q series, accepting Pt100 or JPt100 RTD inputs. It outputs a transistor ON/OFF pulse for PID or two-position control, with a 500 ms sampling cycle shared across all four channels. The module occupies two slots in the base rack and draws 0.64 A from the 5 V backplane rail. Input impedance is 1 MΩ; a configurable input filter (0 to 100 s) helps reject noise on long RTD runs.

Backplane current: 0.64 A at 5 VDC. In a dense rack with multiple Q64TCRTBW modules, sum the 5 V draws against the power supply rating. The 10–30 VDC transistor output load is separate — max 0.1 A per point, 0.4 A per common, with a 0.4 A / 10 ms inrush limit. For inductive loads, add a suppression diode; the off‑state leakage is under 0.1 mA.
