The Mitsubishi Q64TCRTN is a temperature control unit for the Q series PLC, handling four RTD inputs (Pt100 or JPt100) and delivering transistor outputs for PID or ON/OFF pulse control. It occupies 16 I/O points on the backplane and draws 0.29 A from the 5 V rail. Sampling cycle is 500 ms per 4 channels, with an adjustable input filter (0–100 s) and PID constants settable via auto tuning. Accuracy at 25±5°C is ±0.3% of full scale, derating to ±0.7% over the full 0–55°C ambient range.
Lifecycle & Sourcing
Sourcing is via quoted order against an RFQ; expected lead time is within 1–10 working days.
Panel Integration & Mounting
Width of 27.4 mm (2 slots), height 98 mm, depth 112 mm. Mounts on a standard Q series backplane. Transformer insulation between input and PLC power meets 500 VAC for 1 minute withstand, keeping the module electrically isolated from the logic side. External wiring uses an 18-point screw terminal block (M3 screws). Transistor outputs sink up to 0.1 A per point, 0.4 A per common, with leakage under 0.1 mA off-state. Response times: ON→OFF and OFF→ON both at 2 ms or less.
