The QD75P1N is a single-axis positioning module for Mitsubishi PLC systems, outputting pulse trains via open collector outputs at up to 200 kpps. It occupies 32 I/O points as an intelligent module, drawing 0.29 A from the 5 V backplane. Control methods include PTP (point-to-point), linear/circular/helical trajectory, speed control, and position/speed switching — all selectable per positioning data block. Acceleration/deceleration uses trapezoidal or S-curve profiles with independent accel/decel times per pattern.

Positioning range and data storage

Positioning data is stored in flash ROM with no battery required — parameters, positioning data, and block start data survive power loss without a backup battery.
