Product details

The QH42P is a 32-point I/O combined module with 24 VDC input, ±20%/-15% tolerance, and a ripple limit of 5%. Photocoupler isolation between field and logic keeps noise off the backplane. Each input draws roughly 4 mA at rated voltage, and the ON threshold sits at 19 V / 3 mA; OFF drops below 11 V / 1.7 mA.

Integration notes

External connection is via a 40-pin connector; optional A6CON1 through A6CON4 connectors accept wire sizes 0.088 to 0.3 mm². For terminal-block conversion, the A6TBXY36, A6TBXY54, or A6TBX70 modules are compatible. The module occupies 32 I/O points and draws 130 mA from the 5 VDC backplane supply with all inputs ON. Dielectric withstand is 560 VAC rms for 3 cycles at 2000 m altitude.
