The QY41P is a 32-point transistor output module in the Mitsubishi Q-series, wired as sink type. Each point switches up to 0.1 A into a 12–24 VDC load (rated 12–24 VDC +20%/-15%), with a common return handling 2 A total. Photocoupler isolation separates the field side from the backplane; a Zener diode clamps inductive kickback at turn-off. The module draws 105 mA (typical, all points ON) from the 5 VDC backplane rail.
Integration notes
The module connects to the Q-series backplane via a 40-pin connector. Field wiring uses an optional A6CON1, A6CON2, A6CON3, or A6CON4 connector; wire size 0.088 to 0.3 mm² for the A6CON1 or A6CON4. If you need a terminal-block interface, the A6TBXY36 or A6TBXY54 converter module adapts the 40-pin connector to screw terminals. The common terminals are A01 and A02, shared across all 32 points. ON status is indicated per-point by LED.
