What it is and what it does
The R60DA4 is a D/A converter module in the MELSEC iQ-R series, providing four independent analog output channels over a 24 V DC powered screw-terminal block. It occupies 16 I/O points on the PLC backplane. Each channel can be configured for voltage outputs (-10 to 10 V, 0 to 5 V, 1 to 5 V) or current outputs (0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA), making it suitable for driving actuators, valves, or recorders that accept standard analog signals. Power draw is 0,16 A at 24 V DC.
