The Omron 61F-1P-AC220 is a High/Low Level controller from the 61F series, designed for conductive liquid level detection in tanks, reservoirs, and process vessels. It operates on a 220VAC supply and provides two SPDT (2 Form C) relay outputs rated at 5A @ 200VAC for alarm and control functions. Sensitivity is adjustable from 0 to 4kOhm, which covers most conductive liquids including water, weak acids, and alkalis. The control-to-sensor distance can reach up to 1km, making it suitable for remote tank farms or distributed monitoring points where the controller sits in a central panel and the probes are at the vessel.

Socketable mounting via a 15-pin octal plug base. The base stays in the panel for wiring. For outdoor or unheated installations, verify the ambient stays above the low end.
The 5A @ 200VAC contact rating applies to the relay outputs; for 220VAC line voltage, derate slightly per Omron's contact-life curve. Use the contacts for pilot duty (contactors, solenoid valves, alarms) rather than direct motor switching. Sensitivity range of 0-4kOhm means the controller triggers when resistance falls below the setpoint. Set the dial for reliable detection.
