The Omron 61F-G2N AC100/200 is a conductive-type High/Low level controller from the 61F series, designed to sense liquid levels through electrode probes and switch relay outputs at set points. It operates on a 100/200VAC supply and mounts on a standard DIN rail for panel integration. The sensitivity adjustment range of 0 ~ 4kOhm lets you tune the probe circuit to the conductivity of the target liquid — useful when switching between water, weak acids, or other conductive media without changing the electrode assembly. Two relay outputs are provided: one SPDT (1 Form C) and one SPDT (2 Form C) contact arrangement, each rated at 3A @ 200VAC. That gives you a dedicated alarm contact plus a separate control contact, or allows independent high- and low-level switching in a single unit.
Installation & Wiring
Screw-terminal connections accept the probe leads and power supply directly — no intermediate socket required. The DIN-rail housing clips onto standard 35 mm rail, and the control-to-sensor distance can run up to 1 km, which covers remote tank farms or elevated reservoirs without a signal booster. Operating temperature range is -10°C to 55°C, suitable for indoor panel environments but not for direct outdoor exposure without a weatherproof enclosure.
