The Omron 61F-G3T AC110/220 is a High/Low Level conductive level controller from the 61F series. It runs on a dual-rated 110/220VAC supply, making it a straight swap into panels wired for either voltage without a transformer tap change. Three relay outputs give you SPDT (2 Form C) contacts rated at 5A at 220VAC, enough to drive pump contactors or alarm indicators directly. Sensitivity is adjustable from 0 to 5 kOhm, which covers most conductive liquids — water, weak acids, coolants — but won't trigger on high-resistance fluids like deionized water or hydrocarbons. The control-to-sensor distance maxes out at 600 m, so the controller can sit in a central panel while the probes are out at the tank farm.
Chassis-mount form factor with screw terminals. Mount the unit on a backplate or inside a junction box — no DIN rail adapter included, so plan for screw-down lugs or a separate DIN-rail mounting bracket if that's your panel standard. If the enclosure sees radiant heat, keep the controller shaded or move it to a cooler location.
For BOM planning: this is a fast mover in plants with conductive-level tank control. Keep one on the shelf as a critical spare — a failed level controller on a sump or process tank can idle a line.
