Level control with adjustable sensitivity
The Omron 61F-GP-N2 24VAC is a High/Low Level controller from the 61F series, designed for liquid level detection in tanks, sumps, and process vessels. It operates on a 24VAC supply and detects level changes through probe resistance — the sensitivity range of 0 to 4 kOhm lets you tune it for conductive liquids like water, weak acids, or wastewater, or ignore film buildup on the electrodes. That 4 kOhm ceiling means it won't false-trigger on high-resistance fluids or light foaming. The 8-pin octal plug-in termination and socketable mounting mean the base stays wired in the panel; the controller module swaps in seconds without touching the field wiring. Rated for -10°C to 55°C ambient, so it lives in a ventilated enclosure or a warm control cabinet without derating. No IP rating on the controller body itself — the socket and enclosure provide the environmental seal.
