The Omron 61F-INH AC110/220 is a High/Low level controller from the 61F series, designed for conductive liquid level detection in tanks, sumps, and process vessels. It operates on a 110/220VAC supply and provides two SPDT (2 Form C) relay outputs rated at 3A @ 200VAC, giving you independent alarm and control contacts for fill or drain logic. Sensitivity is adjustable across 10kOhm to 40kOhm, which covers most conductive liquids — water, weak acids, coolants — without false triggering from foam or surface films. The control-to-sensor distance extends to 50m, so the controller can sit in a central panel while the probes are out at the vessel.
Mounts directly on a DIN rail in the enclosure. The dual SPDT relays share a common supply, so verify the load wiring doesn't exceed the 3A @ 200VAC rating per contact — derate if switching inductive loads like contactor coils. If the controller is near a steam valve or hot pipe, allow airflow or shift it to a cooler zone in the cabinet.
