The Omron 61F-INL AC110/220 2KM is a conductive level controller from the 61F series, configured as a High/Low Level type with alarm indication. It monitors liquid level through two probe electrodes and switches two SPDT relays (Form C) when the level crosses the set point — one relay for high alarm, one for low alarm, or both for pump-up/pump-down logic. The sensitivity adjustment (0 to 1.8 kΩ) lets you tune it for different liquid conductivities, from clean water to mildly conductive process fluids. Rated for 110/220VAC supply (auto-sensing, no jumper change), it drives the relays at 3A @ 200VAC — enough for pilot duty on contactors or small pumps directly. The 2 km maximum distance between controller and sensor head means the probes can sit far from the panel, which is common in tank farms or remote sump monitoring.
DIN-rail mount with screw terminals — installs in any standard panel enclosure alongside contactors or PLCs. The 2 km sensor distance allows the probes to be run to a distant tank while the controller stays in the main cabinet, avoiding long power runs to the sensor head. The sensitivity pot (0–1.8 kΩ) is set during commissioning: turn it down for high-conductivity liquids (e.g., salt water, acids) and up for low-conductivity ones (e.g., deionized water, hydrocarbons). No calibration tools needed — just a screwdriver.
No end-of-life notices or successor part numbers have been issued.
