The Omron 61F-IPD AC220 is a High/Low Level conductive level controller from the 61F series, designed to monitor and control liquid levels in tanks, reservoirs, or process vessels using electrode probes. It operates on a 220VAC supply and provides two SPDT relay outputs (2 Form C), each rated for 5A at 200VAC — enough to directly energize small pumps, solenoid valves, or alarm indicators without an intermediate contactor for modest loads. The sensitivity adjustment spans 0 to 1.8 kOhm, which lets you tune the detection threshold for different liquid conductivities — from relatively pure water down to more conductive process fluids. The control-to-sensor distance can reach up to 1 km, so the controller can sit in a central panel while the electrodes are out at the tank.
The 61F-IPD AC220 is socketable, terminating via a 15-pin octal plug. This means it plugs into a standard 15-pin octal socket (typically DIN-rail or panel-mount), which makes replacement straightforward — pull the old unit, plug in the new one, no rewiring.
