The Omron 61F-UHS AC100 is a High/Low Level controller from the 61F series, designed for conductive liquid level sensing. It operates on a 100VAC supply and provides a SPDT (2 Form C) relay output rated at 1A @ 220VAC. The sensitivity adjustment range of 0 ~ 1MOhm lets you tune it for different liquid conductivities — useful when switching between clean water and process fluids with varying resistivity.
Mounts via an 8-pin octal socket (sold separately), so the controller body can be swapped without disturbing the wiring. The plug-in termination style with 5m max distance from controller to sensor means the electronics can sit in a dry panel while the probes reach into the tank. Rated for -10°C to 55°C ambient — fine for most indoor process environments but watch the upper limit near steam vents or hot fill lines.
