The Omron 61F-UHS AC200 is a conductive level controller from the 61F series, classified as a High/Low Level type. It operates on a 200VAC supply and provides a SPDT (2 Form C) relay output, switching up to 1A at 220VAC. The sensitivity is adjustable across a 0 to 1MΩ range, which means you set the probe threshold to detect high-resistance fluids or foaming conditions — not just conductive water. The unit mounts into an 8-pin octal socket, so it swaps in seconds on a panel that already has the base wired.
What the ratings mean for fit
The 0 ~ 1MΩ sensitivity range is the key setting: at the low end (near 0Ω) the controller triggers on any conductive path between probes — typical for clean water. Crank it toward 1MΩ and it will respond through higher-resistance media like demineralized water, condensate, or some chemical solutions. The SPDT contact form gives you both a fill and a drain logic output from a single unit, so one controller handles a two-probe high/low tank scheme without an extra relay. The 5m maximum distance from controller to sensor (probe) is a wiring constraint, not a tank-depth limit. If your tank is deeper than 5m from the panel, you need the controller closer or a remote probe amplifier — the 61F series offers extension units for that. The 1A contact rating at 220VAC is for the relay piloting a contactor coil or small alarm; it does not drive a pump motor directly.
Lifecycle and sourcing reality
Sourcing is straightforward: the part is quoted to order against an RFQ through independent distribution. Availability and current pricing are confirmed at quote time. No cross-reference or second-source substitution is needed while the active status holds.
