CJ1W-TC001 – Temperature Control Module for Omron CJ Series
The Omron CJ1W-TC001 is a Temperature Control Module designed for the CJ Series PLC platform, providing four analog inputs that accept thermocouple types B, J, K, L, R, S, and T, paired with four solid-state outputs for direct heater or cooler control. This module mounts on a DIN rail and connects via screw terminals, making it a straightforward addition to existing CJ racks. With support for seven thermocouple types, the TC001 covers most industrial temperature ranges from sub-zero cryogenics to high-temperature furnaces, all within a single module. The solid-state outputs eliminate relay wear in high-cycle applications, a reliability advantage for processes that cycle frequently.
Panel Mounting & Wiring
The module mounts to a DIN rail and terminates field wiring with screw terminals. It is intended for use with Omron's CJ Series controllers; the module draws its power from the CJ backplane, so no additional power supply is needed for the logic side.
