The Omron CP2E-S60DT1-D is an active PLC with 60 built-in I/O, 24 VDC supply, DC inputs and transistor outputs. Total I/O capacity reaches 180 with up to three expansion units, and analog option units are supported. Onboard communications include USB, RS-232C, and RS-485.
The CP2E-S60DT1-D accepts an optional battery CP2W-BAT02 for memory backup. Expansion is limited to three I/O units — plan the panel layout around that slot count. Analog option units are supported but consume part of the expansion budget.
