The Omron CRT1-MD32SH-1 is an I/O module packing 16 digital inputs and 16 solid-state outputs into a single DIN-rail package. It belongs to the CRT1 series and is designed specifically for CJ, CS, and NJ series controllers. The solid-state outputs handle switching without mechanical wear, which is a fit for high-cycle applications like zone-based conveyor diverters or sortation cells. Mounts directly onto standard DIN rail; termination is via a rectangular connector on the output side and screw terminals on the input side – the connector approach means the output harness can be pre-fabricated and swapped quickly during a line changeover.
