What the CS1W-AT034 does on a CS1 rack
The Omron CS1W-AT034 is a Terminal Block Conversion Unit — an adapter that converts the CS1 Series PLC's I/O connector to a screw-terminal interface. It mounts on the backplane alongside the CPU or I/O modules and gives you a fixed wiring point for field sensors and actuators, so you don't have to land wires directly on the module connector.
Lifecycle and sourcing note
Because the CS1 platform is mature, this adapter is not a high-volume fast mover, but it is a critical spare for any CS1 rack that uses terminal-block wiring. Keep one on the shelf if your line runs CS1 I/O groups.
