Optical Link Module for CS1W Systems
The Omron CS1W-CLK13 Optical Link Module mounts on a CS1W backplane to provide fiber-optic communication between CS Series PLCs and remote racks. The fiber-optic interface terminates via screw terminals, and the module carries CE, cULus, Lloyd, and NK approvals — so it fits marine, industrial, and safety-certified applications without additional red tape. Before inserting or removing this module, lock out and tag out the backplane power per your facility's LOTO procedure. No exceptions — the backplane is energized when the system is live, and the optical link is not an isolation barrier.
