What the ratings mean for fit
The CS1W-PTS55: The 8 analog inputs are universal for the listed thermocouple families, so you can mix sensor types across channels without additional signal conditioners. Each channel is isolated from the backplane, but the common-mode range and cold-junction compensation are handled internally—no external reference junction needed. Screw terminals (not spring-cage) mean you'll need a small flathead screwdriver for wiring. The operating temperature range of 0 to 55 °C covers most indoor panel environments; if your panel gets hotter than that, you'll need ventilation or a derated ambient.
