The Omron CS1W-RPT03 is a repeater module for the CS Series PLC platform, running on 24 VDC and terminating through either fiber optic or screw terminals.
Why you'd use this in the field
It regenerates signals on longer runs, which matters when you're distributing I/O across a line or between cabinets. Both chassis-mount and DIN-rail options mean you can retrofit into an existing panel or bolt it into a new one without special hardware.
