The Omron CS1W-SLK11 is a Communications Module for the CS1 rack, mounting via the backplane and using fiber optic and screw terminal connections for network integration. Mounting & Termination
Backplane-mounted — occupies a slot in the CS1 rack; not DIN-rail. Provides fiber optic and screw terminal interfaces for network wiring. Fiber optic termination at both ends; use a clean cleave and match the connector type to the port. The screw terminal is for DC power or auxiliary connections — no fieldbus wiring passes through it.
