Omron D4SLN4HDGD Guard Lock Safety Switch, 5NC, IP67

The Omron D4SLN4HDGD is a guard lock safety-door switch from the D4SL series, built for interlocking access points on machinery where the guard must stay locked until the hazardous motion stops. It uses a key-actuated head that accepts insertion from four directions, giving flexibility in mounting orientation on the guard frame. Contact arrangement is 5NC — five normally-closed forced-guided contacts that break the safety circuit when the key is withdrawn. Rated to switch 1.5 A at 120 VAC or 220 mA at 125 VDC, so it handles control-voltage loads, not motor power directly. The terminal-block connection keeps wiring clean inside the panel.
