The E2AM12KS04M1B14OMS: Omron E2A M12 flush-mount inductive proximity sensor, normally open output, with a 4 mm sensing distance for flush-in-metal applications. Brass housing with M12 4-pin connector, rated IP67 and IP69K for high-pressure washdown and CIP environments. Switches at 1 kHz on 10–32 VDC, sinks up to 200 mA load with 10 mA no-load draw. Repeat accuracy holds within 10 % over the -40 to 70 °C temperature range.
Fit and mounting
Flush mounting in metal means the sensor face can be level with the mounting surface without derating the 4 mm sensing range. The M12 barrel is 17 mm across flats, 48 mm body length.
Washdown and housing choice
The NO output is make contact: closed when target is present. Verify your PLC input logic matches.
