Integration and Fit
The Omron E2B-M12KS04-M1-B1 is a shielded M12 × 1 cylindrical proximity switch with a 4 mm sensing distance, normally open output, and PNP polarity. It uses a M12 quick-disconnect connector and is part of the E2B series. Housing is 12 mm diameter, short-body brass with metric thread. Shielded construction allows flush mounting in metal without derating the sensing range. Normally open and PNP output – switch closes when a ferrous target enters the 4 mm detection zone. Supply is through the M12 connector; no separate power wiring needed.
