Fit and function
This is an Omron E2B-S08KS02-WP-B1 5M, a shielded M8 inductive proximity pulled from a working line. It's a PNP normally open sensor with a 2mm sensing distance and 5m PVC cable. The shielded construction and stainless steel housing make it suitable for flush mounting in metals and weld-field environments where false triggering is a concern.
Lifecycle stage is current, meaning Omron still produces this sensor. We source these as working pulls from decommissioned lines — low hours, honest wear. No need for last-time-buy planning.
