Inductive Proximity Sensor – E2E Next Series
E2E-X10MB1DL18 2M is an M18 inductive proximity sensor from Omron's E2E NEXT series, offering a 10 mm sensing range in an unshielded long-body housing. It switches PNP normally open, 3-wire DC, and includes IO-Link communication at 38.4 kbps for configuration and diagnostics. The 2 m PVC cable provides a fixed connection for panel or machine wiring.
Mounting and Wiring Notes
M18 unshielded housing requires an 18 mm hole mounting; the long body adds length for panel clearance. The 3-wire PNP normally open output operates on DC supply. The 2 m PVC cable gives flexibility for control cabinet entry. IO-Link interface at 38.4 kbps allows parameter setting and diagnostics via an IO-Link master.
