Rated DC 3-wire. Sensing distance of 16 mm is achieved only when mounted unshielded (flush in metal). Derate for shielded mounting or if surrounded by metal. PNP 3-wire output normally closed, conducts when target absent, switches low when target present. M12 connector enables field replacement without rewiring. Standard oscillation frequency for general-purpose detection.
