Product details

The E2E-X2MC2L8 5M: M8 barrel, unshielded – you run the full 2 mm range without flush-mount derating. NPN normally-closed means your safety circuit stays high until the target leaves. LED on the face: visible through the panel cutout. Body is stainless steel. Rated IP67 and IP69K. Response frequency is 1kHz.

Integration notes

Supply rails: 10–30 VDC, reverse polarity protected. The NPN-NC output sinks current when the target is absent – plan your PLC input logic for that. Three wires: brown (+V), blue (0V), black (output). No shield needed on the cable, but keep it away from VFD motor leads for noise immunity. M8 threaded, 2mm sensing range, cable leads.
