Omron E2E-X8MB1TL12 2M is a standard M12 inductive proximity sensor from the E2E NEXT series. Senses ferrous targets at 8 mm through an unshielded face, outputting PNP normally open on a 3-wire configuration. Runs on 10–30 VDC and switches at up to 800 Hz, fast enough for most discrete part detection on conveyors or packaging machinery.
8 mm sensing distance for mild steel targets; unshielded requires 8 mm clearance to adjacent steel. 800 Hz response; IP67/IP69K rated. PNP-NO output pairs directly with sinking PLC inputs (most Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Omron). The 3-wire connection is standard: brown +VDC, blue 0V, black signal. Cable length 2 m gives you routing slack to a nearby junction box; if you need longer, order the variant with a connector instead.
