Omron E2E2-X14MD1 2M Inductive Prox, 14mm

The Omron E2E2-X14MD1 2M is an inductive proximity sensor with a 14 mm sensing distance (unshielded) and a DC 2-wire normally open output on a 2-meter cable. Unshielded means it needs a non-metallic free zone around the face — can't be flush-mounted into a steel block. The DC 2-wire output is simple to wire (two wires carrying both power and signal) but carries a voltage drop across the sensor; check that your load can tolerate the dark current and minimum hold current.
