M30 flush-mount inductive sensor, 20 mm range
The Omron E2EX20D130M1TGJT03MOMS is an inductive proximity sensor in the E2E-X series, M30 threaded barrel, flush-mount, rated for 20 mm sensing distance on steel. Output is a normally-open (NO) solid-state switch rated 100 mA. Switching frequency meets 200 Hz, enough for high-speed part detection on pick-and-place or conveyor gates. The 300 mm cable terminates directly to the sensor; the brass housing carries an IP67 seal for washdown environments.
Comparing flush vs non-flush: E2EX40MD1L30M1TGJT03MOMS
The closest alternative in the same M30 barrel is the E2EX40MD1L30M1TGJT03MOMS, but it is a non-flush version with 40 mm sensing range. That means it requires at least the full barrel length of metal-free zone around the face; you cannot embed it in a metal bracket. Switching frequency drops to 50 Hz. For a panel originally wired for a flush-mount M30, the non-flush variant will not fit into the same cutout depth without altering the mounting bracket and checking derating for embedded metal.
Integration notes for panel fit
Dimensions: 42 mm hex width, 42 mm body height, 60.3 mm overall length (face to cable exit). Flush mount installs into a standard M30 tapped hole or bracket – no air gap required around the sensing face. Operating voltage range 10–30 VDC; supply current draw is the load current (100 mA max). Temperature window –25 to 70 °C covers most indoor industrial cabinets. Brass housing tolerates mild chemical splashes and washdown.
