Field note – E3JM-10M4T-G-N
Through-beam photoelectric sensor pair (emitter + receiver) with 10 m sensing distance on opaque objects down to 14.8 mm diameter. Infrared LED at 950 nm – alignment is tight: directional angle sits between 3° and 20° on both ends. Supply handles anything from 12 to 240 VDC or 24 to 240 VAC, so drop it into an existing AC panel without a separate DC supply. Terminal block connection makes field wiring changes faster than a pre-leaded sensor – no cutting or splicing.
How it compares to the E3Z-LT81
The E3Z-LT81 is a smaller, 60 m through-beam with a red laser diode (655 nm), but it’s strictly 12–24 VDC and uses a pre-wired cable – not a terminal block. If your panel runs AC or needs a field-wirable sensor, the E3JM is the better fit. For a DC-only retrofit, the E3Z will not drop in without re-termination and a voltage check.
