The Omron E3JM-R4M4T-G is a polarized retroreflective photoelectric sensor from the E3JM series, with a 4 m sensing distance. It uses a red LED light source and outputs via a relay.

The polarized retroreflective sensing method ignores shiny targets that fool standard retroreflective sensors. The 4 m range covers most conveyor lanes and pallet detection.
