Overview
The E3S-AD32 is an Omron built-in amplifier photoelectric diffuse sensor with a 700 mm sensing range, PNP output, and selectable light-on/dark-on switching. It operates on 10-30 VDC and draws 35 mA. Housed in IP67-rated PBT, it measures 21 x 12 x 40 mm and connects via a 2 m cable. The unit is used condition and includes mounting brackets.
Selection and sizing
The 700 mm diffuse range suits presence detection of opaque objects at medium distances; the 0.5 ms response time handles fast-moving parts on a conveyor. The PNP output is compatible with most PLC inputs, and the selectable light/dark mode gives flexibility for background or foreground detection.
