The E3T-SL13 is a rectangular diffuse photoelectric sensor from Omron's E3T series, delivering a PNP light-on output over a 5 to 15 mm sensing range. Packaged in a compact 7×25×11 mm PBT housing with a 2 m prewired cable, it operates on 12–24 V DC and carries IP67 and CE. The output includes reverse polarity and short-circuit protection, making it a straightforward drop-in for tight sensing positions.
Comparing to the E3T-SL23
Same cable, same PNP output, same 2 m cable, same mounting — but the E3T-SL23 extends the max range to 30 mm. At 15 mm, the E3T-SL13 fits into the same footprint and wiring scheme, so a panel laid out for an SL23 will accept the SL13 without rewiring; you simply get a shorter sensing window. If your application needs the extra reach, order the SL23.
