The Omron E3T-ST11 is a through-beam photoelectric sensor set — transmitter and receiver in one kit — delivering a 1 m sensing distance through a red light beam. It switches NPN, light-on, on a 12-24V DC supply, and terminates in a 2 m bare-wire cable. The rectangular PBT body carries an IP67 seal, rated from -13 to 131 °F, so it handles washdown zones and outdoor conveyor lines without a secondary enclosure.
Response time and switching
1 msec response time suits high-speed counting on a bottling line or part-present detection on a fast-moving belt. Light-on mode only — if your application requires dark-on, the E3T series offers complementary variants; verify the switching logic before wiring.
